DMCA Policy for Chris Hipkins Wiki

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order against you within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may, at our discretion, replace or restore access to the removed material.
